Turkey and Avocado Wrap

A no-cook lunch you can build in five minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 flour tortilla (large, 10-inch)
- 8 ounce sliced deli turkey
- 1 avocado (ripe, sliced)
- 2 cup lettuce (shredded)
- 1 tomato (small, sliced thin)
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
Instructions

Stir the mayonnaise and mustard together in a small bowl.

Lay a tortilla flat. Spread half the mayo mixture across the center, leaving the edges bare.

Layer half the turkey, avocado, lettuce, and tomato in a strip down the middle. Season with salt and pepper.

Fold the bottom up to cover the filling, fold in the two sides, then roll tightly away from you. Slice in half on a diagonal.

Repeat with the second tortilla.
