Overnight Oats

Stir tonight, eat tomorrow — no cooking required.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, for topping)

Instructions

    In a jar or sealed container, stir together the oats, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.

    Seal and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.

    In the morning, stir well and top with the berries. Eat cold from the jar, or warm briefly in the microwave if you prefer.
