Berry Yogurt Smoothie

Frosty, creamy, packed with fruit.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana (ripe)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

    Add all of the ingredients to a blender.

    Blend on high for 60-90 seconds, until completely smooth. Add a splash more milk if the mixture is too thick to drink from a straw.

    Taste and add more honey if you'd like it sweeter. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
