Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Bubbly, cheesy, ready in 30 minutes for a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounce frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 14 ounce artichoke hearts (canned, drained and chopped)
  • 8 ounce cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions

    Heat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or small cast-iron skillet.

    In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, half the mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.

    Stir in the spinach and artichoke hearts.

    Spread the mixture into the baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella.

    Bake 22-25 minutes until bubbling at the edges and golden in spots on top.

    Let cool 5 minutes — it's molten right out of the oven — then serve hot with tortilla chips.
